I had this girl who
was nine years old who presented with SAH. The only other problem with her is a
small VSD. She underwent angiogram on 18th February 2005 for the
same, which showed a 3 mm aneurysm in the proximal ACA. It could not be coiled
because of financial reasons. She was waiting to be coiled when she developed
another small bleed on 20th. This time the rpt angio showed a
ballooned-out aneurysm which was promptly coiled. These three CT Scans will show
the aneurysm.
Have you had any
such experience?
