68 year old lady who has giddiness and perioral tingling and difficulty in walking. MRA showed basilar artery stenosis with narrowing of the only vertebral artery (left side). She would like to undergo stenting either in Germany or USA. My question is whether she is fit to travel by air? If so which center is good at this type of stenting?
