I need some advice . I have a 47 year old who presented acute with a right central facial palsy and some fine motor disturbance of his right hand . His MRT and MR Angio will be shown. The lesion is probably a thrombosed cavernoma of the left lenticular nucleus close to the left lateral ventricle. What would you advice him ,if you would have to take care of him?
