Giant Aneurysm

This 55 year old lady presented with mild weakness of left side and seizures of ten days duration. She has mild headache on and off. What best can be done? How commonly have the members seen such giant thrombosed aneurysm? Initial CT scan diagnosis was ?meningeoma.
