Post Coital Headaches

This is a 52 year old women who 3 weeks prior to her visit had 3 headaches that she charecterised as the worst in her life. She had these immediately following sexual intercourse. These headaches lasted 8-12 hours. During these episodes she noted that she had spasms of the right leg. She did not seek medical attention for these headaches and had not had sexual relations nor further headaches since then.

MRI was taken about 3.5 weeks after headaches. She had an L.P. done 2 days after the MRI scan was basically normal except for a protein of 57.
